ABOUT THE ARTIST

Jasmeet Kohli

I am a self-taught artist and have developed my artistic skills over time, via various mediums such as books, art shows, videos, etc. I started quilling in 2009 when we were posted in Jakarta without availability of quilling paper strips locally. So I started cutting my own paper strips from card-stock which became my style and were much stronger than the thin quilling strips available that time. My work was appreciated a lot by family n friends who always inspired me to sell my work. After moving to US in 2015, I joined the North American Quilling Guild and my works won several awards in different categories which gave me the confidence to showcase and start my online store on Etsy.
I took few years break from Etsy online shop as I relocated to Dubai in Dec 2017. My store is now open again and I will keep adding to the listings of available artworks.

SHIPPING / HANDLING

Shipping method usually depends on the shipping weight of your order. International standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days.

Shipping worldwide is US$ 30

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Usually if the item is available its ready to be shipped in 1-3 days.

Custom orders vary according to the project, but usually takes 1-4 weeks.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

FAQ's

Do you take custom orders?

I do Custom/Personalized order for some items. If you like something in my shop but want in a different color or size, do let me know and we can discuss further. Please allow upto 3 weeks to make the custom artwork. Although it depends on the workload sometime which decides if the artwork will be ready to ship sooner. If its a gift for someone or you need it earlier, let me know and we can try to expedite the order.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

I will gladly accept a return if the item comes damaged, in which case you should take pictures of the item and its packaging, within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Return authorization is required for proper processing via a conversation. Should you return your purchase for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping back the item in its original condition and you will receive a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase ,less the shipping.
Customized order cannot be returned. But if there is a problem in the order, do let me know.

What about International custom/ duties?

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping, custom clearance in their respective countries. We are not responsible for any delay in shipping due to customs. I usually ship via Emirates post with tracking information available in some countries. Have patience as it does take time for international shipping. If you want to expedite for added postage let me know.
